We do not guarantee specific financial results, sales, or return on ad spend (ROAS), as market conditions and advertising platform algorithms fluctuate. 2. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g., Meta ad account permissions, website analytics) for us to perform our services. 3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (e.g., ad creatives, marketing copy). However, VANGUARD NOVA LLC retains the right to use non-confidential project elements in our agency portfolio. 4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
